Refund Policy
Changing your appointment time
You can change your appointment up to 24 hours before the time of your scan. By contacting DEXAnalysis via phone (586-530-8201) or email (support@dexanalysis.com) you may request to cancel your existing appointment and set up a new one. If you arrange another appointment through your account using a test credit or prepaid scan, you won’t be charged again.
Sharing of scanning credit is permitted for ‘One time Scans’ only, ‘Before & After’ & ‘Quattro Package’ are not eligible for transfer.
Cancellation and refunds
Up to 24 hours before your appointment, you may cancel by contacting DEXAnalysis by phone (586-530-8201) or email (support@dexanalysis.com). You can choose whether to keep your credit for a future appointment or request a refund after canceling. To request a refund, kindly email our team at support@dexanalysis.com and provide us with the following information: Scan event hosting gym, date of scan event, and scan appointment time. Our team will process your refund request and get back to you in a timely manner.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your scan or test credit is no longer refundable; however, we would be pleased to help you reschedule.
If you fail to complete the DEXAnalysis Intake Form within 4 hours of the start of the scan event, we will not be able to complete your scan and you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will be pleased to help you reschedule for a later scan event.
Test credits are lost by no-shows, and there is no compensation.
Should something go wrong
If something goes wrong due to our error, we attempt to rectify the situation and find a mutually accepted resolution. Depending on the circumstances, if we are unable to provide the promised service, we will attempt to reschedule the appointment or issue a refund of the initial payment.
When a customer obtains a test result that they do not like, we do not consider this to be “anything incorrect” or cause for retesting or an instant refund (or do not agree with). Recognizing that DEXA scans are a more in depth technique, we shall endeavor to explain why the results will differ from those of other modalities (and typically be higher).
We will, however, consider exceptions to these criteria on a case-by-case basis, recognizing that a few brief phrases cannot properly cover all possible circumstances.
